All Cold Lake psychologists at Supporting Wellness are highly certified to handle trauma and grief. We understand that opening up to someone during this difficult time can be surprisingly challenging and terrifying. We are here to ease your concerns, as we will always create a positive, relaxed, and completely comfortable atmosphere.
We believe in fostering a positive, relationship-focused environment so that you will feel completely at ease with our caring professionals. PTSD is a severe condition that requires expert care, deep patience, and acceptance. You can find that exact level of support at our clinic with our PTSD trauma counselling in Cold Lake.
Our psychologists know that individuals experience trauma very differently. Some might use it as a catalyst to push them in healthy ways, while for others, PTSD can strike hard and painfully, resulting in devastating effects. With this understanding, our team knows exactly how to help each individual with their own unique needs, developing a personalized strategy that will help them cope with their trauma.
We believe that change is possible, and we know that our clients can experience it. Together, we can help you feel free from PTSD and open up a new chapter in your life, one filled with happiness, wellness, and stability.

The number of sessions we recommend is unique to each person. During your initial consultation, we can suggest a starting plan, and we will work collaboratively with you throughout the process, adjusting as needed to support your goals and achieve the best possible outcomes.
The cost of a 50-minute therapy session is typically $235, though fees may vary depending on the type of therapy and the therapist providing the service.
