I work with adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and families, supplying a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and community outreach, I support clients in building practical coping skills, deepening self-awareness, and managing life’s challenges with strength. Clients often describe working with me as supportive, respectful, and empowering—where they feel truly heard and guided with evidence-based tools that create significant change.

I believe that healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where people feel recognized and appreciated. Having lived and worked in both Canada and India, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my practice and deeply respect each client’s unique story. As Mariska Hargitay beautifully said, Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.” It is an honour to walk alongside my clients in that courageous journey.

I am pleased to offer Brainspotting in my practice, a neuroscience-informed approach that works with the brain and body to process and release deep emotional and physical pain. By using specific eye positions (“brainspots”), it can access trauma and stress that may not be reached through talk therapy alone. This modality reflects my commitment to holistic, evidence-informed care that supports meaningful healing and well-being.
