Affordable Counselling Calgary

Affordable Counselling with Counselling Interns

Our reduced-rate counselling services are offered by a newly graduated Master’s-level therapist who has completed their graduate education and clinical practicum training and is beginning their professional career in counselling.

They bring current evidence-informed training, compassion, and a genuine commitment to supporting clients in a welcoming and collaborative environment. Reduced-rate counselling provides an opportunity to access quality mental health support at a more affordable cost, particularly for individuals who may not have insurance coverage or who are looking for a lower-cost option.

No, reduced-rate counselling sessions are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. These sessions are offered at a lower rate to provide an affordable counselling option for individuals without insurance coverage or those who prefer to access lower-cost services.

Our newly graduated therapist can support clients with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and personal growth. If a client requires more specialized support or a different level of care, they may be referred to another therapist within Supporting Wellness who can better meet their needs.
