Canadian Certified Counsellor  MC, CT, CCC

Languages Spoken: English

My approach to counselling is grounded in empathy and focused on providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and struggles at their own pace. I work individually, with adults and youth from a trauma-informed, client centered perspective, tailoring each session to meet client’s unique needs.

I have 20 years of experience working in addictions and mental health settings that I bring into my private practice. I believe in the power of the therapeutic space to bring forth change and growth and I value the opportunity to join alongside clients as we navigate this change together. In my spare time I enjoy spending time in nature with family and my dog, appreciating the beauty and grounding that the outdoors has to offer.
