I believe that therapy is most effective when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I work with adults, adolescents, caregivers, and individuals navigating life’s most challenging seasons, including anxiety, grief and loss, burnout, relationship concerns, chronic illness, cancer, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, creating a space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace while building practical tools for healing and growth. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up because they feel accepted without judgment. They describe our work together as supportive, down-to-earth, and empowering—leaving sessions with greater clarity, renewed hope, and strategies they can apply in everyday life.

I believe that every person deserves a place where they don’t have to carry life’s burdens alone. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they rediscover their strengths, navigate uncertainty, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and authentic. Outside of my work, I value spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, travelling, horseback riding, reading, and finding moments of calm in nature. These experiences remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and caring for ourselves through every season of life.
