Registered Psychologist
I work with individuals and couples from a collaborative and relational approach to help move through experiences of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by past experiences. My goal is to support clients in gaining greater clarity, stability, and connection in their lives. I support adults navigating workplace stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions. Clients have described my approach as practical, supportive, and focused on helping them understand patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
With over 28 years of experience working across private practice, corporate, and community settings, I bring a depth of knowledge and perspective to my work. A primary focus of my practice is trauma therapy, including supporting active members, retired veterans, and first responders. I also provide services to First Nations clients through NIHB. In addition to clinical work, I am an active supervisor for provisional psychologists and contribute to professional learning through teaching and speaking engagements.
