Registered Provisional Psychologist

Languages Spoken: English

I work with adults navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, birth trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, relationship changes, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. Clients often describe me as warm, calming, approachable, and easy to talk to, while also appreciating the practical tools and insights they gain through our work together.

Before becoming a psychologist, I spent many years working as a registered midwife, supporting families through some of life’s most profound and vulnerable moments. That experience continues to shape how I show up in the therapy room—with curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique story. I believe healing happens through connection, self- understanding, and creating space for both the challenges and strengths that exist within us.
