I offer specialized counselling services tailored to the unique needs of neurodivergent children, teens, adults, and caregivers. Grounded in neuroaffirmative principles, my approach is collaborative and prioritizes understanding, respect, and celebration of each individual’s strengths and lived experiences. Clients often describe me as inclusive, empathetic and supportive and I focus on providing a safe space where individuals can express themselves freely while developing skills that support their emotional well-being.

I have both professional and lived experience witnessing how often neurodivergent people and their caregivers feel misunderstood or unsupported by existing systems.  I understand the emotional, social, and sensory challenges individuals and families navigate and the profound impact affirming support can have on well being and connection. My work is driven by a desire to create safe, compassionate spaces where neurodivergent individuals and their caregivers feel seen, respected, and empowered.
