I work with adolescents and adults, offering therapy and psychological assessment in a collaborative, trauma-informed, and practical way. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and direct — someone who helps them feel safe while also equipping them with clear tools to move forward. My focus is helping people understand their patterns, regulate their nervous system, and build lasting confidence.

With over 20 years of experience in education, I bring a deep understanding of adolescent development, anxiety, executive functioning, trauma, and life transitions. Whether we are working through emotional overwhelm, ADHD, identity shifts, or relationship stress, my goal is to help clients feel understood and equipped with tools that create real change.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both understood and empowered. I am deeply committed to creating a calm, respectful space where clients can explore difficult experiences without judgment. Growth does not require perfection — it requires courage and compassion.
