I support teens, young adults, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Clients often describe me as approachable, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable
showing up exactly as you are.

My work is grounded in an understanding of trauma, attachment, and the nervous system. I’m passionate about helping clients understand the “why” behind their thoughts, emotions,
behaviours, and reactions. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” I believe a more helpful question is, “What has happened to you, and how has your mind and body learned to protect you?” Understanding those patterns often becomes the first step toward meaningful and lasting change.

Outside the therapy room, I have a strong appreciation for the connection between mental health, movement, nature, animals, and the body. I believe movement is medicine and that healing happens both inside and outside of therapy. Whether it’s spending time outdoors, practicing mindfulness, connecting with animals, or finding meaningful ways to move your body, I enjoy helping clients discover what wellness looks like for them as a whole person. Above all, I believe meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves. My goal is to help clients better understand their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, self-compassion, and hope.
