I create a safe, non-judgemental space for adults, youth (12+), and couples navigating life’s most difficult challenges. I work with a variety of client concerns including anxiety & mood disorders, chronic illness & identity, complicated grief, and trauma. My clients have described me as warm, compassionate, and authentic, and I love empowering others to recognize the strengths they already posess. It is my goal to help individuals understand that they are not sick or broken; they are adapting and surviving through hard situations. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, and I truly believe that meaningful change is never out of reach.

This work is my true passion grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel respected, heard, seen, and supported. I value connection and trust, and strive to provide a therapeutic environment that honors vulnerability and promotes healing. I meet my clients with curiosity, and understand they are the experts on their own lived experience, I consider it my priviledge to walk along side clients on their journey.
