I have been supporting beautiful, messy, and imperfect people through the ups and downs of life for over a decade, with experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. While my work has spanned a wide range of populations and settings, I now focus on supporting individuals (18+) and couples navigating relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that impact connection and self-worth. Clients often describe working with me as feeling seen, heard, and deeply understood in a safe, non-judgmental space where they can begin to make sense of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and move toward meaningful change.

I believe that one of the greatest gifts I can give another human is my attention in an environment of openness, curiosity, and empathy. I see people as whole, even when they feel broken, and I am continually drawn to this work because of the possibility it creates for healing and deeper connection.
