I work with individuals and couples, catering to a variety of age groups including children (over the age of 9), adolescents, adults, and seniors. I employ a person-centred, compassionate, empathetic, strengths-based, and empowering approach to counselling. I offer in-person, virtual, and telephone sessions.

I prioritize creating a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients can share openly and feel comfortable showing up genuinely and authentically true to themselves in order to feel both seen and heard. I believe the therapeutic alliance between the counsellor and the client is vital to the counselling process and helps to foster a sense of trust and mutual respect. I appreciate and am constantly inspired by the vulnerability, courage, and resilience my clients display. It is an honour to support and walk alongside clients on their journey to heal, grow, and develop.
