I come from a person-centered approach- meaning I don't use a one size fits all theory. I recognize that we are all unique individuals, with complex needs! I first get to know you and what your goals are, and then incorporate and apply a variety of different tools to best help you!
I am a registered provisional psychologist and work with youth, adolescents, and adults. I have experience in both individual and couples therapy.
