Celine Warawa Registered Psychologist
Celine is a Registered Provisional Psychologist at the Calgary location. She holds a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. Celine works with clients to treat and manage both mental and physical health concerns.
Celine’s counselling experience began during her practicum focusing on chronic pain, and has grown to include other health concerns such as ability changes, aging, and weight loss/management. Celine provides services for mental health concerns including obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, relationships, life transitions, and athlete wellness. Celine works with adult and teenage clients.
Celine moved to Calgary two years ago and loves the city, but she grew up in rural Alberta. She enjoys serving both rural and urban clients and uses a client-centered approach to work with clients within their context and lifestyle. She works with clients using therapies that best fit her clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Celine values the relationship she builds with each client, and works as a team with her clients to establish and maintain lasting change.
Offers morning, afternoon, and evening appointments for both in- person and virtual sessions.
