Rahul James, Registered Social Worker
Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether it’s trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship issues, or everyday stressors like anxiety, depression, or family conflicts? While these struggles may impact your life, they don’t have to define you. You may be searching for clarity, healing, or a renewed sense of purpose, and you’re looking for a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Together, we can work toward resilience and personal growth, guided by your own goals and values.
My approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of evidence-based models, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I am also informed by Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), offering a comprehensive approach to healing.
My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel supported to explore your experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or relationship difficulties, I’m here to help you build resilience, reconnect with what truly matters, and find growth on your own terms.
I am available for evening and weekend appointments.
