I am a Registered Psychologist with a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and a Doctorate in Psychology. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns among teens, adults, seniors, couples and families. I am passionate about working with people navigating grief and loss, self-esteem and relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
I am client-centred and trauma-informed, focusing on celebrating clients’ strengths and resiliency while acknowledging and supporting them through their struggles. I bring a rich lifetime of experiences to my work, which enables me to be compassionate and empathetic towards my clients. I utilize an eclectic approach to counselling, drawing from several modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Gottman couple’s therapy. I am fluent in both English and Hindi, providing counselling in both languages.
Whether you’re facing issues related to grief, self-esteem, or relationships. I am here to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change. Let’s work together to explore new perspectives and build a more fulfilling life.
