I work with adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and families, supplying a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and community outreach, I support clients in building practical coping skills, deepening self-awareness, and managing life’s challenges with strength. Clients often describe working with me as supportive, respectful, and empowering—where they feel truly heard and guided with evidence-based tools that create significant change.
I believe that healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where people feel recognized and appreciated. Having lived and worked in both Canada and India, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my practice and deeply respect each client’s unique story. As Mariska Hargitaybeautifully said, “Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.” It is an honour to walk alongside my clients in that courageous journey.
I am pleased to welcome Brainspotting as a new modality within my practice. Brainspotting is an innovative, neuroscience-informed approach that works with the brain and body to process deeply held emotional and physical pain by identifying specific eye positions linked to stored trauma and stress. Adding Brainspotting reflects my commitment to providing effective, evidence-informed therapies that support meaningful and lasting healing.
