I work with adolescents (12+), adults, couples, and families, supplying a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. With over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and community outreach, I support clients in building practical coping skills, deepening self-awareness, and managing life’s challenges with strength. Clients often describe working with me as supportive, respectful, and empowering—where they feel truly heard and guided with evidence-based tools that create significant change.
I believe that healing happens in safe, compassionate spaces where people feel recognized and appreciated. Having lived and worked in both Canada and India, I bring a culturally sensitive lens to my practice and deeply respect each client’s unique story. As Mariska Hargitaybeautifully said, “Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.” It is an honourto walk alongside my clients in that courageous journey.
