Life asks us to hold many things at once: the weight of where we’ve come from and the pull of where we hope to go. Carrying this can feel confusing, exhausting, and complicated, often leading us to question what it’s all for. I feel privileged to sit with people as they explore their path, offering perspective and a safe environment to unpack their experiences and find a way forward.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, to unwind, and to let go. Together, we explore how the past has shaped who you are, how it shows up in the present, and how you can move toward the person you want to become. There is no one-size-fits-all path through the complexity of being human. Each person carries a unique story, a unique set of strengths, and a unique way of moving through the world. My role is to work alongside you, to listen, to reflect what I see, and to offer tools and perspectives that support meaningful and lasting change.
My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, grounded in the understanding that mind, body, history, and relationships all shape our present experience. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy to support meaningful change. This allows us to work with values, thoughts, and emotions, building flexibility in how you respond to challenges, and strengthening your capacity for connection with yourself and with others.
